Why ADM? The effectiveness of church musicians is key as they participate in the mission of the Church by
- Elevating and improving the standard of music and its use within the total life of the Church,
- Maintaining an organization which will promote fellowship, provide for the exchange of ideas and initiate
workshops for study and inspiration among church musicians. - Studying the relationship of music to worship, education, and other aspects of church life, and
- Contributing to the development of a close working relationship among musicians, ministers, and the laity.
